  4. What if an unforeseeable life event arises during the program, can I get a refund?

    This type of situation will be determined by your regional mentoring leadership team. We do understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate your unique situation.

  6. If I pay to join the HBA but don’t get accepted into the mentoring program, can I get my mentoring program fee back?

    Yes. It is unusual not to be accepted into the mentoring program. However, if you do not get accepted into the program, your mentoring fees will be refunded.
  7. I live outside of the EMEA, Canada, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and the US. Can I participate in the HBA mentoring program?

    Yes! You can apply for the EMEA, Canadian, Latin American or Asia-Pacific programs. Please just be mindful of time zones, as these programs will operate in their local times.
  10. I want to participate in the program but I am not an HBA member, can I still participate?
