What criteria do you use to match mentors with mentees?

We ask each participant to fill out a matching survey which asks questions such as:

• Your current job situation
• Areas of interest or growth
• Preliminary goals
• Industry (and possible industries that mentees may want to explore)
• Functional Area
• Level in their career (Manager, Director, etc.)
• Location (in case they wish to meet in-person one day or expand their network in a specific geographic location)
• Meeting time/time zone to ensure mentoring sessions are convenient
• And we include a field in case there is anything specific that you are looking for or that is important to you that the matching committee should take into consideration 

A lot of time and thought goes into matching, so the more information you can give during your matching survey the better!
