How do I apply?

Applying is a two-step process!

  1. Find your regional registration page here 
    • From the registration page, click on the “Register” button.
      • If you are not already signed in to the HBA website, you will be prompted to do so.
      • Once you have signed in you will be taken to a page where you can “Start registration”.
        • From the next screen, you will be able to select the registration rate based on if you are registering as a “mentee” or a “mentor” 
    • Click “Proceed to checkout
      • Please enter your payment information and click “Process my order”.
      • Your registration is not yet complete.
      • You will receive an email from the HBA that will contain a link for you to complete the next step of the registration process, which is an application survey.
  2. Complete your matching survey via the link in the email you receive prior to the deadline. 
    • Once the application is complete, it will automatically be sent back to the mentoring committee. You will be contacted directly about your participation in the program prior to kick-off. 
    • Please be patient, as matching is a process that requires a lot of time and energy. We want to make sure we find you the best possible match!
