    This question should be directed to your regional mentoring leaders who will work with you on a mutually acceptable solution.

  8. What if an unforeseeable life event arises during the program, can I get a refund?

    This type of situation will be determined by your regional mentoring leadership team. We do understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate your unique situation.

  10. If I pay to join the HBA but don’t get accepted into the mentoring program, can I get my mentoring program fee back?

    Yes. It is unusual not to be accepted into the mentoring program. However, if you do not get accepted into the program, your mentoring fees will be refunded.
