If I pay to join the HBA but don’t get accepted into the mentoring program, can I get my mentoring program fee back?
Yes. It is unusual not to be accepted into the mentoring program. However, if you do not get accepted into the program, your mentoring fees will be refunded.
If I apply to the program and change my mind, can I get my fee back?
If you decide you do not want to participate in the mentoring program, you can request a refund up until 10 February. After 10 February, no refunds will be provided. Refunds can be requested by emailing HBA@hbanet.org . ...
What if an unforeseeable life event arises during the program, can I get a refund?
This type of situation will be determined by your regional mentoring leadership team. We do understand that life happens and will do our best to accommodate your unique situation.
