For in-person tickets, you may cancel your registration by 2 May 2023 (minus a $200 administrative fee for individual seats and a $500 administrative fee for tables). A completed cancellation form must be received in writing to hba@hbanet.org no later than 2 May 2023. No cancellations and/or refunds will be given after this date.
For virtual registrations, tickets are non-refundable. However, substitutions will be accepted up to 2 May 2023. Please refer to the substitution policy for further information.
