Cancellations
• In person tickets and tables may be cancelled via a completed cancellation form through 18 April 2025 for a full refund, minus a $200/€185 administrative fee for individual seats and a $500/€463 administrative fee for tables.
• In person registrants who do not cancel by 18 April and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee.
• Remote tickets are non-refundable. However, substitutions will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event (9:00 AM ET on Tuesday, 6 May 2025). Please refer to the substitution policy for further information.
• If a portion of your registration fee is covering HBA membership dues ($249/€230) this is nonrefundable and nontransferable per the HBA refund policy.
Substitutions
• In person seats may be transferred to another individual through Friday, 25 April 2025 via the table management portal for tables or the substitution form for individual tickets. No substitutions for in person tickets will be given after this date.
• Remote ticket transfers will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event (9:00 AM ET on Tuesday, 6 May 2025) via the substitution form. No substitutions for remote tickets will be given after this date.
• Substitution to a non-member will require paid membership to HBA.
