Mentoring Program - Important Dates

These dates are approximate; check with your specific region for more detailed information regarding mandatory events.

• Early bird registration: Available until 31 December
• Regular registration: 1 January – 31 January
• Matching - Pairs/Groups are determined: after the closing of registration. Typically matching happens during the months of February and March.
• Acceptance notifications sent: by week of 31 March
• Mentor training: March 
• Mentee orientation: late March to early April
• Program kick-offs and start of meetings: following orientation/training 
• Mentoring meetings (groups or pairings): ~early April (~28 weeks, varies slightly by region)
• Mid-year event: June or July 
• End-of-year celebration: late October to early November
