How to Change Your Username

Your username is the email address that you used to create your HBA account. If you would like to change your username, please send an email to customer service at hba@hbanet.org with the following information:

  • First & Last Name
  • Old email address that you want to be removed
  • New email address that you want to be used
  • Account number/Contact ID (if you have it)
