The HBA Ambassador Program is a benefit for eligible HBA corporate partners. The program is HBA's enterprise solution for our corporate partners to accelerate the development, advancement, and visibility of their talent pool, while enabling the creation of impactful initiatives in the process.
At its most basic, the Ambassador Program is essentially a semi-customizable year-long leadership development program that engages between 15-30 company employees as "Ambassadors," who work to achieve individual success metrics and group initiatives with support from HBA-trained Advisors.
